S (Nissan Vehicle Immobilizer System-NATS) has the following immobilizer functions: Since only NVIS (NATS) ignition keys, whose ID nos. have been registered into the ECM and IMMU of NVIS (NATS), allow the engine to run, operation of a stolen vehicle without a NVIS (NATS) registered key is prevented by NVIS (NATS). That is to say, NVIS (NATS) will immobilize the engine if someone tries to start it without the registered key of NVIS (NATS). All of the originally supplied ignition key IDs have been NVIS (NATS) registered. If requested by the vehicle owner, a maximum of five key IDs can be registered into the NVIS (NATS) components. The security indicator lamp blinks when the ignition switch is in "OFF" or "ACC" position. Therefore, NVIS (NATS) warns outsiders that the vehicle is equipped with the system. When NVIS (NATS) detects trouble, the security indicator lamp lights up while ignition key is in the "ON" position. NVIS (NATS) trouble diagnoses, system initialization and additional registration for other NVIS (NATS) ignition key IDs must be carried out using CONSULT-II hardware and CONSULT-II NVIS (NATS) software. Regarding the procedures for NVIS (NATS) initialization and NVIS (NATS) ignition key ID registration, refer to CONSULT-II OPERATION MANUAL IVIS/NVIS. When servicing a malfunction of the NVIS (indicated by lighting up of Security Indicator Lamp) or registering another NVIS ignition key ID no., it is necessary to re-register original key identification. Therefore, be sure to receive ALL KEYS from vehicle owner. System Composition NIEL0174 The immobilizer function of the NVIS (NATS) consists of the following: NVIS (NATS) ignition key NVIS (NATS) immobilizer control unit (IMMU) located in the ignition key cylinder ECM Security indicator lamp.

these codes indicate there is a miss fire on cylinders 1 and 2 hence the 0301 and 0302 code the 1300 just indicates multiple engine miss fires. so anything that can cause these cylinders to miss fire need to be attended to in order to fix your problem.

You need a new immobilizer and then have it and the keys reprogrammed to your car.
Here's a company that has pages and a description of how to rebuildthe ignition and lower portion of a Jeep (or Dodge) steering column. The removal of the lock cylinder is alsoincluded. They are broken down into stepby step detailed instructions on their website.

My car would not start after putting on new battery. All the lights come on when I turn the key on but when I try to start it I don't even hear a click.

IGNITION COIL sometimes the problem, try replacement products which is way cheaper. also have you checked your sparkplugs? they are only good for 2yrs sometimes not. also check your distributor cap where the sparkplugs cables are connected, and make sure you put it back same place and position. clean and with piece of cloth maybe it is wet or rusty. always disconnect the negative of your battery cable when doing under the hood. fill up your car wd 8 0z of fuel injector cleaner 8 oz. and let yourcar run for few minutes to eliminate carbon deposits cause to clogging. you can pull it out too if you wanted and disconnect the 2 hose and clips before you try to pull out the injector and spray with injector cleaner and leave it for 8 hrs and rinse it wd the same cleaner. I had a new key cut for my 2004 accord and replaced the keyless entry pad. The car will not start...does the pad need reprogramed to start the car

If you car has the immobilizer system, the following might help.

The Immobilizer System protects your car from theft. A properly coded ignition key must be used in the ignition switch for the engine to start. If an improperly-coded key (or other device) is used, the engine’s fuel system is disabled.
When you turn the ignition switch to ON (II), the Immobilizer System indicator should come on for a few seconds, then go out. If the indicator starts to blink, it means the system does not recognize the coding of the key.
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), remove the key, reinsert it, and turn the switch to ON (II) again.

Hope this is helpful to you.

The key symbol appears

That's your immobilizer system light:
The Immobilizer System protects your car from theft. A properly coded master or valet key must be used in the ignition switch for the engine to start.
If an improperly coded key (or other device) is used, the engine’s fuel system is disabled.
The system may not recognize your key’s coding if another immobilizer key or other metal object is near the ignition switch when you insert the key. To make sure the system recognizes the key code:
Do not keep other immobilizer keys on the same key ring.
Use a plastic or leather key fob, not metal.
Keep other keys away from your vehicle’s key and the ignition switch while trying to start the engine.
Do not attempt to alter this system or add other devices to it. Electrical problems could result that may make your car undriveable.
This indicator will also blink several times when you turn the ignition switch from ON (II) to ACCESSORY (I) or LOCK (0).
If the system repeatedly does not recognize the coding of your key, contact your Honda dealer.
If you have lost your key and you cannot start the engine, contact your Honda dealer.
Hope this lets you understand the light, and what should be happening.

The Green key Flashing indicates an issue with the immobilizer of the vehicle. This could be a problem with the key being not programmed, or having lost its program. Or this could be an issue with the immobilzer unit, or the part of the ignition switch which reads the key. If the vehicle is cranking with the green light flashing, you will ultimately need the honda dealer computer to program either the key or immobilizer unit.
