If you notice a 'sweet' smell, or windows tend to fog up, it's your cars heater core leaking. The heater core is located under the dash, passenger side, it's like a mini radiator. The cars cooling system directs hot coolant to it so you can have heat. To change it is an involved procedure.
If there is no evidence of the anti-freeze smell or windows fogging up, and u have been using your air conditioner, it would be a blockage in the drain tube from the a/c. The end of the tube is located under the car on the passenger side , behind the front wheel. The blockage needs to be removed, and will solve the problem. Let me know what u find Curt

SOURCE: 2004 Lincoln Town Car Rear passenger side wet carpet

I had the same problem in my Lincoln Town Car about a year or so ago. Here is what the problem was. There are a couple of air ducts at the back of your hood (top of firewall just below the base of your windshield wipers anchor points) These ducts are located one on the driver and one on the passenger side. Each of them has a little gate at the opening. The gates on my car were clogged with leaves and debris, thus causing water to flow over the ducts into the passenger compartment of the car. These ducts must be cleaned out so the water can flow through them and down to the ground instead of overflowing due to clogging.

When i turn on heater i get water on passenger floor and rear passenger floor

Does the interior smell of antifreeze. If so then save about $1200 because you need a new heater core and the car has to be stripped to get to it. If not check the cowl drain on the far passenger side behind the washer fluid reservoir. Leaves can clog this up. I also recommend popping the cover off an replacing the foam that seals the cover and duct work. Peel and stick insulation from local hardware store works great. There were select VIN numbers that were recalled due to missing sealant around the windsheald on the passenger side. Your dealer can look that up for you.

1999 Lincon Town Car...water is on the rear passenger floor and under seat...and in rear door...HELP

Check under the hood along the firewall, below the windshield around ac evap. and drain area. This is a common place for water to enter and flow by various means (duct system) to passenger rear floorboard as well as slight passenger side front...but usually noticed in passenger rear floorboard.

I have a 2001 Lincoln Town Car . When it rains, there is water in the passenger

The vent under the hood on passenger side , more than likley the seal is leaking letting the water go inside. I have had to fix my mother's 1999 and my 2001 lincoln. It is not very hard to fix. You will have to remove the screws on the passenger panel under the hood to get to the vent. Pry the vent loose and re seal. You can take the hose and spray water on the W/S when it is dry to make sure it is coming in at that location.

1995 lincoln town car have fumes coming into passenger cabin causing me to get dizzy what can cause this and how to fix

In a car of that age the most obvious cause would be a hole in the floor or wheel well. It could also be a leaking gas tank. Get it put up on a hoist and poke around underneath with a light and screwdriver, Pay close attention to the driver's floor area, rocker panels and rear wheel wells. Also look for signs of gas leaking on the tank, dark colored streaks. Hope this helps.

Look underneath the outside of the car, directly under the rear passenger floor board should be a fairly large rubber plug. Make sure that is still securely in place and not damaged.  If the plug appears to be ok, your next area of suspicion would be the weatherstriping around the door. Check for any damage to the black rubber weatherstriping. And last option, Heater Core could be leaking and in need of replacement. Good Luck!
