Getting Code p0113 which causes the car to hesitate and also shift hard. 2.2L ecotec motor.

I would check a sensor called the mass air flow sensor its located in the intake stream before the air gets to the intake air temperature .
Its baslcly the first sensor the computer use's to control the vehicle .
It is expensive how ever some times it can be cleaned you can by mass air flow sensor cleaner for about 10 bucks dosn't always work but if it is bad t5heir is a huge recore for it like 80 ti 100 dollars so don't through it away.

What 2 wires for iat sensor

you lost the colors.? or are there 2 wires there that you know are IAT but dont know which pin fit them.?
no matter, either pin works.
the sensor is not electronic, its just a resistor, that is non polarized
the ECU sends current to the IAT, the current that flows, tells the
ECU what the air temperature is. in the intake.
no car year stated
no engine option stated in F150
so NO ANSWER exact , ever. (country helps too, but ill not say that it scares folks to death for some reasons)
Im in USA and ford does EXPORT cars and trucks.
the IAT is a thermistor, the FSm shows how it works and how
to test one easy, super easy, ask.

I have a 97 Chevy Cavalier. I just had the EGR valve replaced and now I'm getting a code saying that the IAT sensor is reading a high input. Would having the valve replaced affect the sensor?

I'ts possible that the IAT sensor is unhooked or came unhooked. This is usually what I find when encountering this code. This sensor is usually at or near the air filter/air inlet tube or on the intake manifold and has a two wire connector going to it. Of course you could have a bad sensor or other problems but I'd start by checking to be sure it's plugged in first. Hope this helps and good luck!

Where is the iat sensor located on a 1999 chevy cavalier 4cyl

The Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor determines the air temperature inside the intake manifold. Resistance changes in response to the ambient air temperature. The sensor has a negative temperature coefficient. As the temperature of the sensor rises the resistance across the sensor decreases. This provides a signal to the PCM indicating the temperature of the incoming air charge. This sensor helps the PCM to determine spark timing and air/fuel ratio. Information from this sensor is added to the pressure sensor information to calculate the air mass being sent to the cylinders. The IAT is a two wire sensor, a 5-volt reference signal is sent to the sensor and the signal return is based upon the change in the measured resistance due to temperature.

Fig. 1: The IAT sensor is located in the air cleaner outlet tube-2.2L engine and 2.4L engine

Hope helped.

DTC Code of a 1404 , and also a IAT High input malfunction

sounds like the IAT is disconnected, it is either in the flex hose from the air cleaner to the engine or in the air filter housing, on my GM product car it is in the air intake hose, it is small and has a 2 wire connector to it, just pushes and pulls in and out of the flexible air intake hose.

Chev cavalier 2.2L IAT sensors location (non ECOtec)

Your IAT sensor is going to be on the intake tube.
the connector you should see is a oval two wire connector. (the normal for chevys) the other connector going to the intake tube is the mass air flow, these usually have 4-6 wires.
I can't help you with your govenor problem
