SOURCE: ideling up and dowen from 1000 rpm to 2000 rpm

Check your air inlet and vacuum hoses for leaks. Make sure the connections are tight. Normally it will be an unmetered air problem.

SOURCE: 94 honda accord 2.2l engine misfires at lower rpms

Check for a vacuum leak somewhere. When you have pressure by going faster it will not be a problem but if slow it will cause a problem. TLT

SOURCE: 89 accord always idles at 3000rpm

Either the carb is misadjusted, or you have a vacuum leak somewhere letting in unmetered air.

First off i have a 1990 rs v6 camaro tuneport.ill begain with how it all started, i ran the battery down, then for some reason i had to replace a jumper in the security system, and it all went down hill...

try disconnecting the battery for 5 minutes or so, press the brake pedal with the battery disconnected. after 5 minutes reconnect the battery and start the car, DO NOT TOUCH THE THROTTLE/ gas pedal for about 5 minutes. perhaps this will recalibrate the computer. good luck, hope this helps
