I have a 94 E350, and mine has 2 fuse boxes. One is under the steering column at the driver's seat, by the brake pedal. The other is under the hood, when you're facing the van it's just a little to the left and below the driver's side battery.

I have the 89-96 ford full size van chilton. I emailed scans of the fuse diagrams to chilton@asiamail.com. The password is chilton. Go to asiamail.com, type in chilton for email address and chilton for password and click enter. Lem me know via that email if that was the wrong thing.

That really sounds like a fuse blew for the wipers.
Check your owners manual for fuse box location.
Please let me know if this helps

Windshield wipers won't cut off and I'm having trouble locating the fuse box to turn them off

The fuse panel is located behind the left hand side of the instrument panel. In your car, the Park switch appears to have failed ON it to park the wipers. the park switch is an integral part of the wiper motor assembly, so replacement would mean having to replace the wiper motor assembly as a unit ... good-day!!

WHICH FUSE CONTROLS THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS

It's located in the power distribution box under the hood in position 116 and is 30 Amp.
The fuse block diagram is in your owners manual, but if you don't have it you can go to this Free Ford website to view or download it.
The diagram is located on page 169.

Windsheild wipers just quit working, and i cant find any fuses for this.where is it?

There is a 30 amp (pink) fuse located in the fuse box located inside the car (see picture below) and it is in the number 11 position in that box. That fuse is for the wiper system there is also a hi/low wiper relay located in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment. It is in the number 1 position (the big number 1 not the diode or fuse). You may want to check that out as well if the fuse is good. The picture for that is also below. I hope this helped and good luck.

I am trying to locate which fuse inside the cab operates the windshield fluid pump to spray fluid on my windshield. If you can send me a diagram or something. I just need toknow which one it is.

It should be the same fuse as the wipers. The fuse must be in the main fuse box. The position and function of the fuses is normally marked on the inside of the fuse box cover and also in the owner's handbook. If you don't come right with these, work your way through the fuses looking for a blown one. To ease your search the wiper fuse it should be around 15 to 20 amps.

Where is the fuse for the windshield wipers

most of the time your fuse box should be located somewhere under the drivers side dash board. If you need to take a magnifying glass to where the fuses are and it should be written on the fuse box itself. If not you may have to go with the old trial and era method.
