If you mean the blower motor you will need to remove it and test the motor if the motor spins when power applied then the next piece upstream is the resistor card if you have power in to the resistor and no power out, replace resistor after that its the blower switch i would check for a blown fuse first
IF FAN RUNS ON HIGH ONLY AND STOPS ON ALL OTHER SPEEDS THE FAN CONTROLLER (REOSTAT) IS BAD,THE VENT POSITIONS IS A BAD SWITCH ON DASH OR BAD ACUATOR MOTOR ON VENT DOORS
if you remove the controls u should be able to remove the bulbs from behind, if not it will need to be dismantled as the bulbs will more than likely be soldered internally
you may also have too high of high end pressure also..or a possible partially clogged orafice, or even with good pressure, the wrong type for the system(just guessing),,the system is designed to cycle up and down.. need to put guages on it and see what the pressurs actually are when running..some of these cut ins and outs are not serviceable parts on newer cars and total compressor replacement is called for, just as a warning,, good luck
if the fan does'nt come on at any speed have the fan checked if fan is good check the switch if on good replace fan switch located inside there is also a regulator under dash behind the glove box if the fuse's,motor & switch are all good this regulator the last comp. in the heater circut or you have a broken wire. hope this is helpful
Before you do that have you checked feud with a circuit tester to confirm
the blower is blown? also have you lost any of the fan speeds before that quick like med or low speed??
