no spare keys ???shame on you ,these cars take me 2/3 mins max to open ,pull back top of door with two big screwdrivers using a bit of rag to protect paintwork,then with a thick piece of metal rod about a least an 1/8 with Lshape on the bottom to turn pull handle outwards,its a doddle
This is a very common fault on the fords, if i get one in, i generally soak it in WD40 then keep working it back and forward untill the mechanism releases.
If the lock is completely gone then ive had to go as far as breaking the grille off and opening it manually with a scrrewdriver, but this is last resort.
