oil quality,sensor,control unit,electrical connection,this are the possible cause,better to send your car to authorized dealer to scan the cause,maybe resetting or fault erasing only.

get under car.find oil pan,remove the plug].with something to catch the old oil[ let drain change oil filter.replace with new one.after all oil has drained.put plug back in and fill with oil per your manufactures guidelines

Check the underside of your hood for a belt diagram. If it's not there, call your dealer with your VIN number to get the correct diagram.

these models have a amplifier. if this has burned out you would get no sound. this is in the trunk, left side, behind the carpet.
