I have a 1991 Honda civic hatchback and it leaks oil between the distributor and the engine it seems like . I tried putting new head gasquet . But nothing works.

There is a rubber O-ring on the shaft of the distributor housing and it is very common for them to get hard, deteriorate, and leak. You'll need to buy the O-ring from Honda as it is not a standard size, then remove the distributor cap, note the position that the rotor is pointing, scribe a mark across the base plate of the distributor where it mates to the head so you can replace it, then remove the 3 bolts that hold the distributor in, pull it out and replace the O-ring.

I HAVE OIL DRIPING FROM THE UNDER SID OF THE DISTRIBUTER

You need a distributor seal. It's about $13. (not to be confused with the cam seal which is on the other side). It's a rubber "O" ring.

Instead of unplugging the plug wires from your distributor cap during removal of the distributor, unplug them from the spark plugs instead so you don't take the chance of scrambling your firing order.

My honda civic not getting any spark but distributer has power. Ecu seems to be fine and distributer is fine?

Inside the distributor is the ignition module. This is the box under the dist rotor that has 3 or 4 wires to it. Your local auto zone can check these to see if it is the problem once you have it out of the car. Also check for cracks in it. Under high heat conditions these are known to crack and let moisture inside the unit causing failure. Good luck, hope it helps

Oil in distributor

I think the seal around the distributor shaft is the primary problem. The oil is definitely causing the engine performance issues.
