Check under the hood for the big fuse box. Pull the relay that is indicated for the headlights. It is getting hung up by welded contacts. Replace it!

Sounds like the the parking light fuse blew.Under the dash there is a fuse block.you will see fuses there and remove the fuse to see if blown.If so replace with same type fuse.Anymore questions will be glad to help you...

Usually car stereo's have two wires that supply power, aside from the ground. One has power all of the time, for your memory and clock. The second is for when you turn the ignition key on, to allow the stereo to come on. It sounds like you have a power wire going to the the wrong one.
