Not getting fuel out of injectors

Hi John. Have you checked at all whether you do have any electrical problem on the circuit for your injectors? or whether you do have any immobilizer which is set to cut the power to the injectors for not spraying fuel? or if you do have any relay or any ECU failure? Good Luck John.

I have a 2006 mercury montego 3.0 front 3 cylinders are not getting fuel

If there is fuel pressure at the back of the injectors for those three cylinders, check to see if the injectors are receiving pulses at their electrical connectors. If they are receiving pulses, the injectors are clogged and need to be cleaned or replaced (likely just cleaned). If they are not receiving trigger pulses, check the wiring harness for damage. If there is no damage to the wiring harness, the ECU is not functioning properly and should be tested.

ERATIC INJECTOR PULSE NO START

You describe an electrical issue. First of all, how do you know the injector pulse is 'erratic'?
Is the ignition spark ALSO erratic? If so, how so? I need specifics, details regarding your description of 'erratic'. I can assume/presume you have experience/education/training in automotive diagnostics... ??

In my electrical/eagelectronics experience, you definitely have an electrical/electrodynamic problem/issue.

Tell me what you've done, diagnostically, to determine (isolate) the 'CAUSE' of this erratic injector pulse. What have you inspected/checked? What have you NOT inspected/checked?

Get back to me, then we can go from there.

However, first thoughts
The engine management computer (ECM/ECU/PCM) can cause/create the symptom you describe
The engine wiring harness also (chafed wires, bad ground circuits, etc.)
Malfunctioning senors (Crank Position Sensor (CKP), Cam Position Sensor (CPS),
Low Voltage Condition, etc.

Why does the fuel injector receive no pulse for 1998 ford explorer 4.0 motor

The 6 cyclinder motor has 6 fuel injectors. If your not getting pulse Electrical grond to an injector wire theirs a likly chance your not getting it at another. If your getting no pulse at all the engine won't run. Does the check engine light on with the engine running? What meadod did you determine that it had no pulse? Remove one injector wire one at a time with the engine running? If it's not running at all then the no pulse can be a common system part like the crank senser. Does the engine get spark? Most of the time pulse and spark are hand in hand so if the crank senser were bad it's not going to have s[ark either.

My 01 sable starts and dies and thats all it does due 2 injector pulse gets weak but if i unplug all of them it has good pulse but if i even plug any one of them it looses pulse after a few seconds

Check all injectors with a needle stethoscope. Unplug electrical connector of bad injectors, and check the signal with (injector check light). The light must pulse. If not might be a bad computer. If yes replace bad injectors with new one. Hope will help.
This is a free advice. Do not rate me.

Fuel injector won't allow gas to flow into engine, have spark, have fuel psi. All fuses ok. OBD connection won't connect to reader can't get codes.

Test fuel injector pulse and supply voltage output (test is used for most cars). This test will tell you if the computer system has operating voltage and injector trigger signal. Remove an electrical connector from a fuel injector (it doesn't matter which injector) probe both sides of the connector with a grounded test light
(there are only two terminals). Have a helper turn the key to the "on" position without cranking the engine and observe the test light. The test light should illuminate one side of the connector only. Next, switch the test light lead to the positive side of the battery to test the system ground injector trigger, probe the side of the connector that did not light up, have a helper crank the engine over and observe the test light, it should blink on and off. If this test checks ok continue to next step. (Note: if no injector pulse is present try disconnecting the remainder of injectors and re-test, if a fuel injector is shorted it can shut down the injector driver causing no injector pulse. If injector pulse returns plug injectors electrical connectors in one at a time until the pulse fails and replace that injector)

If this test revealed that there was no pulse but system has power the ECM is not generating a fuel injector trigger. If there is no trigger to the fuel injector it will not allow fuel to enter into the engine. Some of the most popular reasons that can cause this condition include a shorted crankshaft angle sensor, shorted camshaft position sensor or shorted ECM/PCM. (When a system trouble code scan is performed it does not always catch a crankshaft angle sensor, camshaft position sensor failure). Tip: try disconnecting all non-essential sensors, example: oxygen sensor, coolant sensor, throttle position sensor, air intake temperature sensor, mass air flow or map sensor and EGR valve pressure differential sensor. Crank the engine over, if the injector pulse returns, one of the sensors is shorted causing the system to not operate. Plug the sensors in one at a time until the injector pulse fails then replace that sensor and reassemble.

No gas coming out the injector and there is gas pressure to the injector?

Is there an injector pulse going to the injector?(an electrical pulse to fire the injector).
Is there spark at the plugs?
If the pickup in the dist is faulty you won't have either one.
If your vehicle uses a crank pickup with or instead of dist pick up....if it is defective ....no pulse.
The above is 90% cause of no pulse....other is computer problem 10%.
If you do have a injector pulse and no spray.....and have fuel pressure....change the injector.
A quick check for spark is spray a little starting fluid in it.....if it starts on the fluid....spark is present.

Engine will Turnover but it will not fire up

To check injector pulse, you need 2 people. One is to crank the engine. The other is to watch the voltmeter connecting to the plug delivering the electrical signal to an injector. If during a period of cranking, there is no voltage displayed that means there is no injector pulse. Here is an image of connector port going into the injector to open its valve as needed.d63fc52.jpg
