Which is sensor 3
Normally you have one sensor in front of and behind the catalytic converter. And most Ford products have two cats. On your Ford you may have one in front on each bank and then one after the cat.
Number 3 would be after the cat converter.

If you used the type you splice the wires, recheck the wires. Sensor 1 should have been the one up closest to the exhaust manifold. I prefer to pay $30 more and get the OEM plug-in type. You might try disconnecting the battery for a while.

basically it means the 02 sensor on bank 2 detected a lean condition. on v-6/ v-8/ v-10 is usually the side of the engine that does not have cylinder #1. In the vast majority of cases, simply cleaning the MAF sensor does the trick. also check vacuum lines. you can buy maf sensor cleaner at mostly all auto parts stores. just follow directions on can. check the maf sensor first.
