I have no sound coming from the drivers side speaker of my 2006 Kia Optima. However all of the other speakers work. Any suggestions?

Sounds like defective speaker on the driver's side. Disassembly driver's door trim to access the door speaker and check the wiring, it may be loose. Another possibility is the wiring to the speaker has a break in it. this can happen at the point where the wiring goes through the turnbuckle area at the door hinge area of the door. There will be a rubber boot between the door and the pillar post that has the wiring fore the driver'e door in it. Sometimes the continuous opening and closing of the door tends to brake wires in the booted area. Hope this helps.

Power windows on both sides won't work

Have a look at the wire harness where it exits the door and goes into the car. There may be broken wiring there due to flexing of the harness each time the door is opened/closed. You may have to cut the protective cover over the wiring for inspection. If the wiring is ok, you will need to disassemble the door panel and check the motor/s for power and ground supply from the switch assembly to determine if the motor is good or bad.

I have a 2006 Impala my drivers side and my passenger side windows do not want to roll back up its not the fuse. I already checked it it's making a buzzing noise every time I push the button to make it go...

Sounds like either a short in the door switch which controls both sides, or the relay is bad. I doubt if both motors and regulators would go at the same time. If you left the door open in a heavy rain or an unnatural amount of water got in the switch a short could be the problem. Check the relay first...then the switch

pull the rubber boot back off the wiring harness in the crease of the drivers door and check for broken wires there. common problem due to the number of times these wires flex to allow the door to open and close

My heater doesnt work

Sounds like the heater blend door. The actuator may be stuck or broken. The actuator opens and closes to adjust for the heat setting in the car. You might be able to take a coathanger and manually open the door if you can get to the control arm. They are usually hard to get to and pretty expensive. It is located under the dash at the heater core box. Good luck.

Power window failure, 1998 jetta vr6 glx, driver side does not work and passenger side only goes down from drivers switch. also how does the trim panel come off to work on the door

Remove the little door nob thingy for lock and unlock it just screws off,, Then you have 6 Allen key bolts around the door trim, remove those. Then remove the door handle cover just pops off you may need a small flat blade screw driver. you have two big screws Philips head screws in there... Then remove your speaker cover then the speaker, then remove the speaker, then remove the speaker bracket, then lift the door panel out. The motors and the regulators for your windows are **** door man makes a good unit for them i replace all 4 of mine... They are expensive is the best price i could fine. Looked for 2 years in junk yards and posted adds for replacement parts don't wast your time its damn near impossible. cost me about 500 for the 2 front window motors and regulators and I only replaced the regulators on the back windows I think they were about 50 a peace.

My 2004 Pontiac Vibe making a continous clicking sound.

Check the hose connected to the drain for the condensor. It's behind the passenger side carpet on the floor by the firewall. (pull the carpet back from the top. Then you will see the black rubber hose on the bottom) It just gets pushed back on. Passengers kick it off some times. The noise drove me NUTS till I found it. It makes a hissing noise while running, then a tin can noise when under power/acceleration.

Hope this helps!
