Try cleaning the throttle plate both front an back with a high quality carburetor cleaner ( berkbile 2+2 ) and the idle air control in the throttle body. If you are not mechanically savy you may want to take it to your mechanic.

97 Gmc Sierra my heat only works on high heat sometimes or it doesn't work at all i changed the blower motor and it still doesn't work

You should have a high speed blower relay that provides power on high, and the other speeds go thru a resistor.
The problem could be the actual fan control switch, or the resistor.

Sounds like you had a sticking thermostat when you replaced the waterpump causing an air pocket. Replace the thermostat, and jack the front of the car so that the radiator cap is highest part of the cooling system. Then run the car and burp the air out of the coolant system.

Heater doesnt blow heat and sometimes works but only on high setting

This depends on what type of heat it is and what you are heating. If it is your car's heating then you have to wait for the car to warm up before hot air blows out.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rear blower: only works on high when set on cold, won't work at all when set to heat

I would start with the rear blower motor resistor, the resistor is what controls the speed of the fan, the resistor is located in the rear heater box near the blower, you will need to remove the right rear side panel to access the heater box. start with that

Just replaced radiator hose now heat is not working on right side

you have air trapped in the cooling system. Needs to be burped. Sometimes difficult.

A/c wont work. stopped working on 3 setting first, then would only work on high.

Hi, this is usually due to a burned out resistor pack, but is sometimes caused by the switch. Remove the panel above the front passenger's feet to see the blower and resistor. Pull the connector off the resistor, remove the 2 screws, and pull the resistor out to check for heat damage. If it looks good, please get back to me for steps to check the switch. A new resistor pack is about $40.
