SOURCE: Car radio codes
if your jeep is new branded bought,
than you can get this from your branded showroom or service center,
cause for each models there are different security codes so you have to do go to your service center or your model gonna out of warrenty or you cant contact service center than go to certified mechanic shop or service center.

If your lucky the code may have been written on the back of the manuel. If not and may not have been set try 0000, and if that does not work and your good with the dealer they may help you reprogram the radio free of charge since they are always disconnecting batteries.
You could always log on to www.radio-code.com and they can help you unlock your radio.
Good luck and hope this helps.

Call local jeep dealership. Give them your VIN number and they can supply you with the radio code. Did you check the glove compartment? Most of the time its located inside on a sticker.
