Do you have a alarm on it. If so you need to disable it or turn it off. Other wise you have a short somewhere in your horn. disconnect the horn under the hood. Its usually upfront and looks llike a flat black circular device that has one wire going to it, unless you have a alarm then it may have more.

When i start my 96 mustang gt the horn is blowing

PATS does not blow the horn. Pull the horn fuse to see if that stops the draw. Then troubleshoot the horn circuit to see where the power is coming from. You can start at the horn relay. The relay gets a ground signal from the horn switch in the steering wheel. If that signal is constant, the problem is upstream of the relay--perhaps within the steering wheel. Do not remove the steering wheel to troubleshoot without disarming the airbag.

Constant horn that won't shut off

This could be three things.
1. The relay is stuck, this is under the hood and is probably not the issue.
2. There is a wire in the steering column called a coil spring and it could be broken or damaged.
3. The actual switch on the steering wheel has a short in it.

Have the clock spring ribbon contact drum tested, i think you have a broken filament circuit. the par is located under the steering wheel.

I have a 1997 Saturn SL2 and my horn stopped blowing and i cannot see where fuse is in the box.

The 96-99 saturns had a special 3 wire horn which included its own relay. You need to have someone troubleshoot your horn. It sits under the driver side head light assembly and is not hard to get at if you have a few basic tools. You can NOT replace it with a generic 2 wire horn. The little horn buttons in the steering wheel have been know to go bad also, so before you start replacing parts spend a few bucks and pay someone to figure out whether the horn is good or not.

My horn hasn't worked in over 8 months and now all of a sudden when I'm driving it just keeps honking and won't stop on my 1999 dodge caravan

This sounds like a bad horn relay or the horn pads is bad,i would start by disconnecting the horn pad, caution with airbag, but if you remove the steering wheel cover and dissconnect horn button wires and then drive if horn still blows then you havea bad relay, if it doesnt blow anymore then the pad is bad ,

I have a 1999 ford f350 ford 4x4 7.3 the horn starts blowing

there is a short in the horn wiring, you may disconnect the horn relay, that the easiet thing to do. owners manual should have a layout of where the relay is. Steering wheel switches most likely.

Horn Problem

All VW's have electrical problems sounds like a relay switch isn't working properly or you have a serious eletrical problem. And if's a 1.8 turbo boy are you in for a headach. That cars a nightmare I know cause I've worked on these cars and VW won't recall any of them. Best thing to do is try to fix it and dump it.
