Question about 1997 Volkswagen Golf
1997 VW golf
Usually work on start up. but hit a bump goes to zero. Stay at zero, may or may not start working.
Suspect wiring fault ,remove battery and tray trace wiring from gearbox sender just behind mounting to were it goes into main wiring harness strip back tape usually 1/2 wires will have broken.this depends on which model of vw you have. vwsparky.
