Hi Sayso

They are hiding below the spark plug coil boxes.

Remove them and there are the spark plugs.

Good Luck.

Don´t forget to give me a FixYa rating please !

Spark plug wires

yes you didnt finish the job...you always replace all plugs /plug wiring and inspect coil terminal which there should be four . trace out each individual wire and you'll find the coils. go with a good name brand transmission dextron 111 type fluid. For plug dont let anyone talk you into buying any type of fancy spark plugs use the factory recommended perferablly NGK i like that brand and have never had a problem. always put a small coating of engine oil on the threads before you install this will help get it out easier for next plug change, and never torque down on the spark plugs, especially if it has crush rings attached, just snug them up all finger tight first as good as you can get, then snug up tight with a wrench, then a good 1/4 turn should be good enough.

How do you change the spark plugs in a '02 dodge

You have to remove the intake plenum, the plugs are under it (2.5L), in 2.7L removing the plenum will not help anything.

If you look under the wiper cowl area on the back head you will see the 3 coils just like on the Front bank. remove the coils and the plugs are underneath. you will need a spark plug socket, 3 in extension, and a 1 in extension to get these out because of the clearance.

This models work for 2001 until 2006.

Hope helped with this (remember rated this help) Good luck.

I have a 1998 Chevy cavalier When I accelerate the rpm?s go up normally then will shoot back down. Initially my mechanic thought it was the spark plugs or the spark plug wires. Then the check engine light...

a clogged exhaust system could cause this. Symptom would be car runs great then can't go faster than a given speed but you can cruise slower with no problems. The its gets worse over time. Always runs good at lower rpm's, then lower, then lower as the exhaust gets more clogged. Have the tech do a backpressure test

if you dont have spark why is the mechanic worried about the fuel system. also are you sure it is in time. with the #1 cylinder all the way up the rotor should point to #1 plug wire make sure you look at the cap #1 might fire on the opposite side of the cap as to where you think follow the trace on the cap to #1

2005 cavalier - where are the spark plugs located?

you didn't say which engine you have .so because you can't find the plugs which are right in front of you on a 2.2l . i'll guess you have the 2.4 quad 4 engine , the plugs a under the fined top engine cover. it is held in place by 4 13mm bolts. one wire connector on the drivers side to unplug and you should be able to lift up the coil carrier and you will be looking at the spark plugs.
good luck chris

Problems with 2000 S-type Jaguar

I have an 02 Jaguar S-type 3.0 liter with 86k on it. I bought the car cheap because the owner thought it needed new coils. What I found was the spark plugs were old so I replaced them, due to the fact you need to remove the intake manifold to replace the right side spark plugs, I found mismatched spark plugs. I also found moisture down in the plug wells on the 3 coils that were not firing. My solution was to replace all the spark plugs, clean and dry the coils and coil boots and apply WD-40 (water displacement - 40) liberally on the boots and in the boots. I put it all back together and it runs like a champ. No more check engine lights and no more stumbling and misfiring. So if you have the time to dismantle and inspect the coils and plugs its a good way to save some money. Or you can just replace the coils and hope the moisture doesn't build up again. Good Luck!
