Jean first thing to ask is do you hear a motor running / next if you hear a motor running then check the arms there are covers wherethe arms connect make sure they are tight/ then if not check the fuse box one is under the dash and the other is in your engine compartment lif the covers off and it will tell you exactly which one it is and replace that fuse

First I would look in the fuse box by the driver side and check the fuse,if good then get a meter and see if power is going to wiper motor,if so,then wiper motor is bad,if no power is going to motor, then bad switch, here's a link to see. Windshield wipers work on "high"

Don't really know of the vehicle, but what I am use to is that this could be the switch Since the wipers do work that rules out the motor. But, there could be a fuse or relay that controls that part of the system?

Toyota Camry intermittent windscreen wipers stopped working. Then all of the windscreen wipers stopped working. The fuse is OK. Model SXV10R. January 1996

this could be caused by a bad whiper motor or a bad whiper motor switch. check for voltage at the whiper motor itself, if you do have voltage at the motor then the motor is bad.

Wipers and fluid just stopped working...fuse?

It is possible it may be a fuse. Look down on either side of your dash you will see a plastic cover that says 'FUSES".
Pull it open and you will see many different fuses.
Your fuse will be marked wipers.
Check that fuse,
If it IS good, then depending on your technical expertise you can go to the windshield wiper motor and start doing some tests.
Please let me know what you find.
