I'm not sure what your cruise control problem is but your alarm problem may be the dome light switch for the drivers door. The switch is used by the alarm to determine that the door is open. Does the dome light come on bright when the door is opened? If not, try wiggling the switch (behind round rubber boot on the door post). If this works you can remove the switch by pulling up the rubber cover and unscrewing the bolt and carefully pulling the switch and wiring out. If wiggling the switch didn't work, you can check the wiring by grounding the wire to the switch, it should illuminate the dome switch brightly. If so, a new switch is about $10 at your dealer.

Instrument panel on 2003 Honda CRV starts flashing when headlights are on

Have had a similar experience with my 2000 Ford Windstar. The extra load added by turning on the headlights affects the instrumentation power feed. The illumination flickers and the gages go crazy. Your 2003 CRV may have its original battery which is near death. It took me four batteries to stabilize things and I still get the flickers at night sometimes

About rear wiper, if the fuse is OK, I suggest test the switch, the wires and voltage at/from motor; finally, test motor, possible go to bad.

Dim Head lights not working, but full light does. Car: honda crv 2003. On dim switch, all three cables on the bulb connector are hot(+). I need help on this. Thanks

I believe the dim function uses a ballast resistor in the earth circuit, this would be bypassed when full power is needed that is why all 3 show power. Sorry I cannot help with the location, but if you price one up at a dealer they should tell you where it is, some Hondas have them on the front panel below the l/h lamp, under the bumper cover.

No alarm on head lights

Here is a copy of a solution I offered to another person who had a similar problem with their head light alarm.
I cannot help you with the cruise control problem.

>>>I had a similar problem -- my interior lights would not come on when I opened my driver's door, plus I wouldn't get a warning if I left the key in the ignition or the headlights on.

There is a switch covered with rubber on the door post. I removed the switch, sprayed just a slight amount of contact cleaner, made sure the switch worked by grounding it to the frame and pressing the switch in & out a couple of times. Then I carefully replaced it.

I attributed the problem to my seat belt buckle hitting the switch as I closed the door without checking to see if the seat belt had retracted properly.

Hope this is of some help.<<<
