Question about 2004 Nissan Sentra
Not sure how to get the plante of the shifer to replace the bulb
Transmission shift position indicator light.
First check the fuse. If that's the problem it's easier to fix.
If not you will have to remove the center console to get to the bulb. You will need a short phillip screwdriver. There always some hard to get to screws under the dash. Look around the edge of the plastic console for screws. If it has a cup holder, look inside it also. Make it a Saturday morning project. DO NOT touch any other electronics you see. The control actuator for the air bag may be there.
Make it a Saturday morning project. Test it before replacing the console cover.
