Exhaust problems my car is a 1990 chevy cavalier. When I am driving and it will start knocking from the exhaust pipe and it will stop. There is little pressure coming out of the exhaust pipe. After it sides for a while it will run fine for a day or two.

Sounds like a catalyst, a quick way to check is get a hammer and screwdriver and poke a hole in it, then try to crank it, but make the hole about a inch wide

2.2 1997 chevy cavalier has a knocking sound and wont go over 15 mph up a hill

My guess would be a mechanical problem with the engine, such as a piston or valve.

Where is bank 1 mass air flow sensor on 2000 cavalier

There is only one Mass Air Flow sensor .No such thing as a bank 1 or bank 2 Mass Air flow sensor on a 2000 Chevy Cavalier. I think you mean Bank 1 O2 sensor . For that I need to know if you have a 4 cylinder or a V-6 . If it is a 4 cylinder it is located in the center of the exhaust manifold at the front of the engine under the hood. If you have a V-6 it is still loctaed in the exhaust maniifold but at the end of it where the exhaust pipes bolt up

Somebody had suggested the 02 Sensor for fixing my problem on my 1995 Chevy Cavalier but I am not sure what that is and where it is located.

For 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2L SFI OHV 4cyl the Oxygen Sensor is located under hood, center, front engine area, mounted in exhaust manifold.

Hope helps (remember rated and comment this).
