Brakes lock up slow speeds

I have a 1993 Jeep Cherokee Laredo and have issues with the brakes locking up at slow speeds. We have replaced the master cylinder, the proportioning value, all relays and fuses, had the system flushed twice and have had the brakes inspected. Everybody seems to be at a loss for a solution. Please Help.

2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo V6. Getting a P0320 after installing a timing chain with no start.

Question edited for clarity.

The timing is messed up. Normally it has to be TDC on the Compression Stroke of Cylinder 1. It is a FOUR stroke engine so there are 4 lots of TDC. Or you lock everything using a timing kit, which locks the crank and the cam sprockets..

A P0320 code indicates an issue with the signal that indicates the speed of the engine. This means that the ECM (engine control module) doesn't know where the crankshaft or camshaft is, so it isn't able to distribute fuel or fire spark plugs at the right time.

Brakes lock down at a low rate of speed or when applied

If youve replaced all those parts start by checking everything is mounted correctly. If it is even a tiny amount out it will cause issues.
Next Re-Bleed the brake system starting with the caliper furthest away from the master cylinder and do the nearest one Last.

I have a jeep grand cherokee laredo 1993, the security system have been activated and now when I start it, it will only stay started for a few seconds. tried turning the key all the way to the right and...

first use your remote, lock-unlock-lock-unlock 5 times. use the key to unlock the door. lock with remote. If this fails, disconnect battery for 5 min. reconnect, should reset control module..

Front brakes locking up

Sounds like the front brake hoses went bad on you. Fluid goes into the calipers and builds up pressure, and applies the brakes, because the fluid can't come back out of the calipers. Usually when hoses go, they tear on the inside, creating a one way valve type of flap. I hope that this helped. Best wishes to ya.
