Question about 2004 Ford F350
All other lights work but the low beam
Low beams have a separate fuse for each light in the central junction box, fuse 46 for left head lamp and 47 for right head lamp.
Turn on the headlamps and see if you have power to these fuses and if they are both good. If you do not have power to these fuses with headlamps on (low beam) then muntifunction switch is bad.

SOURCE: low beams don't work
there is two things that could be wrong .. check under the hood for your power distribution box .. its black and 3 inches wide and about 8 inches long .. this contains your relays. and some fuses. on the inside of the lid it tells which one is which.. look for low beam relay .. if it is ok check your low beam bulbs and make sure they arent burnt out.. these two things should fix your problem .. or at least one of these should .. holler if you need more. There is a good chance that the bulb itself is burnt out. Most newer vehicles use fuses for the lights.Check your owners manual for fuse and relay locations. The fuse/relay covers should also be labeled.Your vehicle probably has more than one location for fuse(convenience centers) The locations should be in your owners manual.
