The interior lights will not go off even when driving down the road.
Door switch may be broken or needs adjusted to turn off lights. Replace as needed.
Can u tell me how to adjust it?
The door switch may have a rubber boot covering it. Remove boot and see if there is a threaded switch. If so, adjust it by turning it out so it will then shut the lights out. Also, check to make sure the dome dimmer switch is not all the way up leaving the interior lights on.

Have you tried turning the instrument dimming switch,I could be wrong about this model, but I think it also works the interior lights as well.

RE: Oil Pressure going UP & Down!
I'm going to assume you had someone or a shop change your oil.
If you did I would immediately take your car to another place as your oil gauge should not be doing this. Worst case is you have an oil leak so check your oil immediately and add oil if necessary before driving.
Most likely someone put in the wrong oil filter and your oil is having trouble circulating since this is a fairly new car!
Also, if your oil was overdue a change.....have it changed again to clean it up as this could just be it's still dirty and clogging the new filter.
I wouldn't worry too much if your oil dipstick is showing it full!
But do a follow-up asap!

Let me know how things work out ok?

There are two fuse boxes on a 2002 Envoy One under the Rear seat on the drivers side and one under the hood on the drivers side.
SOURCE: Is there another fuse box on the 2003 GMC Envoy
There is one under the passenger seat driver side. Flip up the seat and lift off the cover.
