Did you "burp" the engine?
When you change the thermostat, you will lose coolant in the process. To fill it again, you must leave the radiator cap off, turn on the heater full blast, and run the engine on a medium idle for about 5-10 minutes and keep adding collant until there are no more air bubbles.
This will purge the system of accumulated air.

Heater dont blow hot air can it be my thermosat

Yes it could be the thermostst. If you have no way to check the actual temperature of the engine and the thermostst hasn't been changed recently then I would go ahead and replace it. If that doesn't help you could have a plugged or restricted heater core or a blend door problem among other things. Good luck.

I do not get any heat unless the car is moving

sounds like you need a thermostst, the engine dosen't work hard enough when idleing to heat the coolant when the thermostat is stuck open.

Over heating problem 98 dodge grand caravan i change water pump n thermostst n fan relay it still over heat

Couple of other items to check: A) radiator cap - it might be weak and not holding pressure B) thermostat in upside down - (not implying but it does happen) C) blown head gasket D) Fan belt slipping past waterpump - glazed
It sounds like you did everything, just back track over everything

Engine light wenton, car heated up, car would not

If the engine overheated while driving, damage to the cylinder head gasket or engine block/cylinder head may have been done, which would prevent the vehicle from starting.

A standard engine compression check will tell the tale.

The temperature guage is not working and engine light is on

Yes a cold running engine will turn the check engine light on, the 1st thing to do is replace the thermostat.
