Question about 1999 Mitsubishi Galant
If it is doing this at all speeds, I'd start with a tire that has a bubble on it.
Somethimes the bubble is large and easy to see, sometimes really hard to see.
A person in another car driving along-side yours who is really watching your tires might be able to spot it wobbling.
If that is not it, for sure, I'd go to a CV joint/ drive shaft inspection.
I'm assuming the engine is running smoothly.
