The dash lights in the radio and heater controls do not work. How do I change these bulbs?

Hello... These bulbs are not normally replaceable. Except when the units are replaced. Ex. The Heater Control Assembly replaced would replace the bulbs.
One thing could be causing this is, The brightness switch could be dirty. Try cleaning it with some electrical cleaner.

If this does not help you might consider taking it to a mechanic for further troubleshooting....

Good Luck....

I have a 98 dodge durango back up lights and heater don't work

Check the plug it self on the back up light, when you take out the bulb there are two copper "prongs" that stick up to make contact to the bulb to make them light up. Make sure those "prongs" are making contact with the bulb.

No lights on heater/fan panel.

Yes, there is illumination behind the heater control panel.

You need to remove the center inst cluster upper (radio) & lower finish (heater) panels to gain access to the heater control; the light socket is behind the heater panel.
