Find a heated garage, you need to thaw out he lines, or use a hair dryer if you can follow the line path. When working, drain all the fluid by holding down the spray button on the car. Go and buy he heavy duty washer fluid with the lowest freezing point you can buy and refill your washer reservoir with it. Don't add any water Most likely you had water in the reservoir and it froze.

How often do i change my windshield washer fluid

Your winshield washer fluid should not need to be replaced. If the resevoir looks contaminated you should rinse it out. Other than that it is just something that needs to be filled whenever it is low. Try not to run it down to empty as this can cause your washer fluid pump to burn out if you attempt to run it while it's dry. Top it off and try to use it regularly..

I expect that you have two different pumps. One for your headlights and one for the winshield. So making the following test, turn off your headlights and try to get washer in your windshield. If you hear the sound of a pump then the line is disconnected or clogged somewhere. If you don't hear anything then the pump is bad. Not hard to replace (should be attached to the reservoir), not very expensive I would say $60 in auto part store)
Hope it will help

If the pump still makes noise, you may just have clogged nozzles, have you tried those yet? Also, if you have windshield cleaner left over from summer, it may have frozen in the lines.

2000 Chevrolet Venture front winshield washers won't spray

If it shoots from the pump without lines connected, then there has to be blockage somewhere. You mentioned you blew the lines out, did you blow directly back through nozzles themselves?

Winshield washer motor does not run

These days, most windshield washer pumps are mounted to the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Where’s that, you ask? Well, inner+fender+w+text.jpgyou know that spout you pour the fluid into—the one that disappears into nowhere? Well, the reservoir is actually 2384f71.jpglocated inside the front fender between the bumper and the front wheel.
