SOURCE: hydraulic system 1994 jeep wrangler ???

your jeep has a hydraulic clutch line linked from its own master cylinder to a slave cylinder. This is a better option than your standard shift linkage used on older vehicles. If your master cylinder goes you will have no pressure in your petal and thus no movement of your vehicle. A blown line or a released bleed valve could do that as well, but those failing are less likely.

SOURCE: Saab 93 convertible 1999, how do you refill hydraulic roof

To check the oil level open the boot - at the very back remove the 4 plastic clips that hold the carpet in place. Slightly to the left of the center there are 2 holes - shine a light in the bottom and look through the top one to check the level.
To add oil - fold down the seat backrest. Remove the plastic trim - held on by 4 screws and 2 pop out plastic cllips. Undo the 8 large bolts that hold the cover in place - 2 on top and 3 on front and back. Then lift up the cover from the front edge. You will then be able to get to the resevoir - you will need a funnel to poor fluid in.

2006 Jeep Commander 5.7L Hemi, Owner and car-mechanic here...I do not know what engine you've got. But the have Hydraulically-Operated cooling fans on them, run off of the Power Steering system. Mine does not like traffic or idling, she runs cooler at 70-80MPH! You have fan, fan solenoid, and hydraulic lines to the fan.

Hi Andrew:
I'd start by checking the hydraulic fluid level, then the filters for metal particles.. It may be that a piece of metal is holding a valve open.
Probably a good time to have the assistance of a qualified hydraulics mechanic.

JCB js 130 one side track tracking faster than other side?? Why??

Is this the same going both forward and reverse?
This is usually an indicator that there is a problem with the track drive motor on the slow side. Check your hydraulic fluid return screen for metal debris.

Hydraulic system mulfunction

you may have to get specialist hydraulics for this. ON most boom and cylinder systems there is a flow control valve on the bottom side of the cylinder to stop uncontrolled fall in the event of hose failure. If the flow rate is too high the valve closes off and locks the ram in the position that the hose failed in. To unlock it you have to extend the ram in question and lower it slowly. Bent rams will also cause the fault as there is normally no downward hydraulic action as the ram moving back in relies on weight so any bent /jamming bush will not result in a ram return or slow ram return

I have a 2002 suzuki vitara its hard to start when its warmed up sputter and backfires but runs fine when it starts

check if your car engine valves are hydraulic or adjustable ones. If are adjustable do the valve clearance as probably are tight. If are hydraulic and I believe is possible you do a long miles oil change as a result to cause the hydraulics not to work properly. You have to do an engine oil flush and renew oil and filter and try.

My JCB 804 is not working. The engine is running but there is no operations working even the forward and back. We have been experiencing tempretures as low as -10 if that might be a cause of a problem.

hi this sounds like the hydraulic drive chain might be frozen up, try putting some boiling water over the hydraulic pump and work the front bucket as this is the furthest thing away from the pump, try not to move anything else at this point, just the front, if it works the rest will to..hope this sorta helps
