1994 Park Avenue. New battery (battery light on) oil light on (oil is fine) car dies when driving at low speeds. Service engine light on but no bad codes are detected when tested.

sounds like you could have a few problems. On the battery light it could be alternator. Test voltage at battery with car running, should be 13-14 volts. Oil light on could be oil level sensor on bottom of oil pan. Dying problem could be mass air flow sensor, coolant temp sensor, idle air valve.

My battery light and oil temp light stays on in my mazda 1998 MPV

The battery light is usually an indicator of a failed alternator or bad cables causing low power to your electrical system. Without it, your car will run off of battery power until it is discharged and then shut down. Check all connections and test the alternator. If you dont have the facilities to do so, most auto parts chain stores can do it for you right in the parking lot.
As for the oil temp light, this is only a cause for concern if its happening with the vehicle at full operating temperature. If its steady on with a cold engine, then just the sensor is bad. Now....if its an oil "pressure" light, thats a completely different story. Do not run the engine until its sorted out. I have never owned a Mazda, so im not 100% on exactly what the light means, but its unusual to have an oil "temp" light. Is your serpentine belt intact?

My oil and battery light came on after I went up a high hill in my pt cruiser. The steering is also very hard and stiff making it impossible to make turns.

I'm not sure why the oil light is on but it sounds like the serpentine belt broke or came off. This would account for the battery light and the stiff steering. Oil light could possibly be on because of elevated engine temp because the water pump can't pump with the belt off.

My brake light battery light and a/t oil temp light came on at the same time and wont shut off. What is wrong

Have battery and charging system checked out.
Not likely but could be voltage limiter on circuit board.
I'm leaning more towards voltage regulator off of alternator.

Brake light, oil temperature light and battery light are on

Wow, 3 problems, did the lights come on one at a time or all at once? How long has each been on? 1st thing is to check fluid levels-brake, & oil. You may damage the vehicle if you continue to drive it. The brake light means a malfunction in the system, or low brake fluid. If the level is low, adding should turn the light off. You then need to check to see where the system is leaking. Oil temp light, or is it just oil light? This will go on when you basically have no oil in the engine, or the oil pump has failed, both very bad. Battery light indicates the vehicle is not charging the battery. Check the drive belt, did it break? This could cause a bunch of lights to go on. Let me know the answers to the above, so I can help to refine my answer.
