Where is the oil drain plug
Get on your back, slide under front, look for a black pan, this is the oil pan, the oil pan has a 14mm head nut in the back end.

Look at the lowest point on the backside (rear) of the motor pan..there should be a plug there(either a bolt head or a plastic plug which uses a special plastic tool to remove available at a parts store or if in doubt go to a rapid lube or instant oil change place(its usually cheaper and you dont have to worry about getting rid of the used oil)..2012 should be under warranty still call the dealer first....
