I need the tork spec on 1998 Buick 3800 block for the cylinder head.

hope this helps,

Torque sequence --------- front ' 6 1 3 7 ' of ' ' engine ' 8 4 2 5 ' --------- Step 1: torque bolts in sequence to 37 Ft/Lbs Step 2: torque all bolts in sequence an additional 120 degrees Step 3: torque bolts 1,2,3, & 4 an additional 30 degrees recheck final torque in sequence *** CAUTION ***engine uses Torque To Yield head bolts (TTY) thatpermanently stretch during the initial installation.New head bolts must be used when cylinder head isreplaced or re-installed to obtain proper torque.
always torque from center
Tighten each bolt an additional 90° in sequence.

I just had my car head cut and resurfaced the car worked good for a week now head is leaking again it a 2002 dodge stratus dual cam 4 cylinder what's the torque on it I gave it 50 pounds torque what if...

Bad news, you have to take it all apart again, and replace the head gasket, you can't just retork the heads after running the engine, now there is damage to the head gasket, you need to get a manual and tork the heads to correctly, tork specs, and sequence

Hello I have 6.0L diesel need the torque sequence for the heads

If it's a 6 or its a V-8 it does not matter as long as you start from the center and work your way out to both ends I will do it by numbers using an example of 10 bolts like this do this on both heads and follow the same pattern for the intake system. also go from slightly tight just touching 5 pounds then re due it at 20 pounds then again at 40 pounds then 60 and finally to the exact tork setting using a maker double check the bolts one by one and mark with ink so you know that one is done on the last tork setting give it just a slight click past the exact tork.hope this heps.

the 2.2 engine top bolts from left to right is 8-4-1-5-9-your bottom bolts left to right is 7-3-2-6-10 this is your torque sequence.you need to use bolt thread sealer.wait 15 minutes before putting bolts in. you torque 46 ft lbs long bolts 43 ft lbs for short bolts.then you make second pass on all bolts tighten them additional 90 degrees using a torque angle meter.
