Question about Cars & Trucks

Open Question

2000 Chevy 3500 7.4l (454) has misfires no power at all. Somtimes it will run fine with a small misfire. Then going down road it will get worse and can't get out of its own way. This does not happen all the time. Sometimes it will just have a small misfire and is drivable for a week then you start it and as soon as go drive it has no power runs real rough. This is what has been done to it. New cap, plugs, wires, rotor, fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, icm, coil,,fuel lines from tank to fuel rail, new tank and pump, fuel filter, temp sensor and wiring harness for injectors. This was all done at once. No codes or check engine light.

2005 chevy silverado misfires we changed plugs and wires no check engine light comes on at all goes dead when in gear

Have the PCM diagnosed, it may be defective. If the engine is really misfiring and you are dead sure of that the check engine light should be blinking at you. Are you sure the light works? Does the CEL prove out when key is turned to run?

1996 chevy k1500 runs when idleing slight miss drives down the road fine but when comming to a stop it dies

When the light flashes it means a cylinder misfire, so you must check everything, spark, (first) injector fuel delivery intake manifold vacuum leaks and compression if not other problem accounts for the misfire.
