My Toyota vista is making noise when I make a sharp turn what could It be ?,

Depends on the kind of noise. Worn CV joints will make clicking sounds, worn bearings can make whining/grinding sounds. Worn out front end parts can also make strange sounds squeeling, clunking, grating and many other kinds of noises. The kind of noise can be used to identify the source.

Motor making noise think its the timming belt, cost to fix it

First of all make sure that the noise is external or internal please refer this link and see if the tip helps to identify the noise:

If not the timing belt /tensioner must be the reason. Best is to get this checked and replacced with the OE part in the authourised service centre. get estimate and decide

Motor making a loud tapping noise

Please open the bonnett and identify the tapping noise before we can decide on a possible fault.
It can be the slapping of belt, the water pump, the idler pulley, alternator.
If not the noise may be coming from the engine, possible tappet, cam noise or crank pulley being loose.
It is better you carefully hear the location of noise.A possible hint, spray some water to the belt, pulley, water pump, alternator pulley to see if the noise dies off . if so replace the confirmed part.
If within engine, teh section has to be confirmed but only after removing section.
Hope this help to identify. good day
