Question about 1995 Toyota 4Runner
Bad bulb will cause it i had one that all the lamps lit ended up being a shorted bulb buy a two back of bulbs i think they are 1557 try changing both fronts first if it still blows put originals back in and try the new ones in the back or isolate it to one side which ever side blows it also could be a short in the switch itself

pull the E.F.I. fuse located under the hood on the drivers side, if there is more than 1 efi fuse pull them both along with the E.T.C.S. fuse (if there is one) for 1 minute or so. That should do it

Does the compressor run?
Low side could be high without a running compressor.
A running compressor?
The expansion valve itself is about $50 and bolts in.
You will have to remove the 134a gas before installing a replacement expansion valve and vacuum the system before recharging.
