The Issue is most likely you're water pump radiator, or you're head gasket, I suggest you take it to youre local auto repair shop to clarify what the issue is.

Leaking antifreeze

Where is it leaking? If you see no apparent leak but are loosing coolant then you more than likely have a blown head gasket. Other symptoms are white smoke from the exhaust, overfull oil level, a white foamy substance on the underside of the oil fill cap. If you have a blown head gasket, STOP, driving the car now or you will ruin the engine.

I have a 1995 chevy corsica. it doesn't want to go and i have the gas peddle all the way to the floor and it has a smell. there is a cloud of smoke coming out of the exoust and also there is a little bit...

Head gasket. Having water in the oil IS NOT GOOD! The cloud of smoke you are seeing is the water vapor. Do not run the engine anymore. You can do a lot of damage. You need to get the head gasket replaced and flush out your cooling system because you probably have oil in your radiator too. You'll probably need a new thermostat too. Hope this helps. I'm a Chevy mechanic.

Overheating no apparent leaks

Your thermostat is probably stuffed and not opening you can do without it if you so choose to or you can replace it. It is located in you water pump houseing and you will need to replace the seals(gaskets) if you open it up but I would be checking that first if you have no obvious leaks.
