I had the same problem with my 2001 Daewoo Leganza, it turned out to be the ECU (bought a replacement on ebay).

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Have helper use a piece of hose about 5 feet long to listen all over top of engine when first started to try to find noise.

This may not be the correct solution, but I do know that on my car I had to replace the CAM sensor, and within two weeks it was doing the same thing you're describing and as soon as I replaced the CRANK sensor, it fixed it. I asked my mechanic later and he said they tend to go around the same time. I would try that first. I hope this helps, good luck!

Do you mean that the engine cranks over, but won't start or do you mean it won't crank after setting?
If is a cranking problem, it may be a heavy parasitic drain on the battery caused by something left on. Or it could be from a sulfated battery caused by leaving a battery in a discharged state for a prolonged time. Or the battery could have been destroyed by "case leakage" caused by a dirty battery. Or maybe the charging circuit may be not working because of a bad alternator, loose drive belt or just dirty battery terminals.

I have seen crank sensors go and leave no codes, but, likely the fuel pump is going away...they get hot and seize, then cool down and work again. I would not replace either without proper testing only because parts are expensive and there are other heat sensitive components in there. (coil etc) Be aware that it will check out good if it is running right while tests are being done.
