Check the vacuum line on the back of the heat controller and the resistor would be in the blower motor but more then likely there is a vacuum line off on the back of the controller and also check the vacuum lines under the hood of the car

No air will come out of the vents when the ac or heat is turned on dodge 2007 ram 1500

Does the blower motor work? If not check the blower motor--wiring circuits--fuses.

If it blows any air, defrost--floor--front of dash? Maybe a problem with actuator under the dash.

Reason why A/C and heat does not blow through dashboard vents in center, it comes through defroster and floor vents only

it sounds as though the blower motor is shot.. that would be my guess if all the fuses are in check..have you checked the fuse box for a blown fuse for heat or a/c system? if they are fine then it would be the blower motor. fuses are easy and cheap enough to replace located usually in a compartment inside a vehicle side of dash open car door or under the dash remove panel and there will be a list of what the fuses control find the one that indicates heater or a/c and check for a blown fuse and if blown replace. hope this helps.

I have a 1985 F150. After seeing a pink nose poke out of one of my dash vents, I determined that I had wild life living in my truck. I have cleaned out the blower motor housing under the hood, the box...

If you had rats or some other type of wild life in your heating vents, it would be my guess that they dragged some nesting material like paper, rags, straw into your heating ductwork. Just a guess.

Why did my 02 trailblazer stop blowing ac through all the vents when, switched to heat it still doesn't blow air through the vents? I have no air flow what's wrong?? :(

First check all the fuses. There should be one for Blower or Heater. If all fuses are good, It is likely a bad blower motor or a switch to turn on the blower motor. Try all fan speeds in non auto mode and see if you get any activity. If you get activity on some fan speeds then it is the switch or sometimes called the blower motor resistor. If no activity, its time for a new blower motor. They are under the dash usually on the passenger side, shouldnt be too hard to pull out.

The fan stopped working for the rear AC/heat in our 2003 odyssey. Checked 40amp suqare fuse under hood and it tested ok. Is there a fuse or breaker for the rear fan motor?

The large fuse you checked is for the rear fan blower motor. The fuse you need to check is for the fan motor relays and rear mode control motor. It is fuse No. 3 (7.5A) located in the driver's under dash kick panel fuse box.

If fuse No. 3 is blown and you replace the fuse and it blows immediately, you'll have to check the five relays and the mode control motor all located near the rear A/C unit in the right aft sidewall. Most likely, the mode control doors have become jammed and that is why the fuse blows. The doors shift air from overhead vents (cool) to floor vents (heat).

If the fuse is fine, the trouble is probably with the blower motor itself or the wiring to the blower motor is broken, or there is a bad ground.

The fan has stopped working on the heater. heat comes out but no blowing.

CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY.IF ALL IS GOOD.BEST TO REMOVE BLOWER MOTOR HOTWIRE IT.IF DONT WORK REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR.IF BLOWER MOTOR WORKS.YOU HAVE FAULTY CONTROL SWITCH OR MODULE.BESURE TURN OFF RADIO FIRST YOU NEED TO REMOVE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE.WAIT 15 MINUTES BEFORE WORKING UNDER DASH.THIS WILL DISARM AIRBAG AND BCM UNDER DASH.YOUR BLOWER MOTOR UNDER DASH ON THE PASSENGER SIDE FAR TO BACK.YOU NEED TO REMOVE BOTTOM PANEL TO GET TO IT.

2005 tahoe no air blowing

as long as all the fuses are good.. its probably the blower resistor/module... located next to the blower motor under the pass. side of the dash..

Air and heat not blowing air through vents

Either Your fan switch is burned out or you blower motor is no good, your blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash. Before you replace any parts you need to check your fuses and relays under your hood and in the car. Usually if your fan switch goes bad you will still get some air blowing thru the vents, so my guess would be blower motor, If its not a blown fuse or relay.

89 Honda Accord Heater doesn't blow air at all

sounds like the blower motor, Get a test light and hook it up to the wires going to the motor this will tell you if power is getting to the motor . Hopfully it is , Just pull the panel off on the pasangers side under the dash and you can see the motor . It's easy to change and should fix the problem. If you get no power it check for power at the switch on the dash . It could have gone bad !!
