Have a shop scan and reset the computer. Some shops do it for free. It always helps to make friends with a good mechanic.

The airbag warning light stays permanently on my 2011 Honda Ballade 1.5 Elegance Automatic

I'm not familiar with your specific model, but some Honda models in the past have had issues with a sensor in the seat belt mechanism. It his has happened in my CRV, but it has always gone away before I could take it in for service.

Dashboard symbols mean

It is the defective bulb warning light. It is a warning that a bulb has failed and needs to be replaced. There is a similar symbol that is an automatic transmission warning light but from your description I believe it is the bulb warning light. Hope this helps.

OK, It means you have a light bulb out.
Sadly, it doesn't tell you which one though. It maybe a tail, turn, brake, backup, or headlight.
You'll need someone to look around as you run through the lights in the car.
