Question about 2000 Chevrolet Lumina
Okay good start. after you remove the reinforcement bar with its 3 bolts, you have to easily pry up the 2 black 'push clips' at the front of the vehicle. the centers look like a plastic bolt head. they will come out if you work a slim flat screwdriver under them and pry. once they are out, you can pull the outer piece by hand. you replace them the same way. hollow outer sleeve first. followed by the center plug.
there is also 1 small nut by the fender. you can then decide whether to pull the washer hose or motor or just swing the whole thing out of the way intact.
battery exposed. good luck
