I have had exactly the same problem on and off for 3 years now - and just solved it last week thanks to another computer site. Remove and disassemble both grounds from the top of both the left and right frame rails adjacent to the front corners of the engine block. Completely clean the green corrosion from the internal parts with fine sandpaper and add dielectric grease then re-assemble. Clean the mounting bolt and frame hole while you're at it. Sounds time consuming and difficult, but it ain't. No more than 45 minutes combined. I am a technical airhead so if I can do it so can you. What clued me in was the problem always occurred around wet or humid weather. Also, the clock would always lose time overnite. That has ceased also. Good luck. Anyone know why my left headlite, when deployed, vibrates and shimmys??? Sully firstname.lastname@example.org

The torque converter clutch circuit may be at fault. The best way to determine the problem is to have a scanner/computer to read check engine codes.

po455 is Probable Cause[s]
1. Defective, loose or missing fuel cap
2. EVAP canister broke, hose cracked or not connected
3. Purge or vent solenoid defective
4 . Vacuum leak at engine po121 code po121 means Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Range/Performance Problem . it is usually indicative of a faulty throttle position sensor or faulty wiring harness in the engine bay.

Traction control only works when one wheel is spinning faster than the other it trys to even them out so it wont spin...sometimes if one of the wheels come off the ground in an uneven area or if you take a turn too fast and one wheel turns when the other one dont it is designed to operate.
I would remove all wheels and check the braking system...Is it 4 wheel disc or rear drum ?
If it has rear drums you could have a wheel cylinder leak that will sometimes lock the wheel because of fluid contamination....This would cause both lights to come on...If you find no problems
sometimes the abs sensor builds up fragments on the magnet and makes the light come on...
or if the abs sensor is not close enough to the exciter ring it will make the light come on because it will be out of adjustment.....all you do is press the sensor inward until it barely touches the ring and it will adjust itself....You can sometimes clean the magnet if it is contaminated and make the light go off ( only after you reach 6 to 15 mph. it will go off ).If it dont go off you have to buy a sensor.
Also make sure all tires have same amount and plenty of air to keep vehicle in balance/level.

SOURCE: The following lights keep coming
These are WARNING lights! They are trying to warn you that there is a malfunction in your brake and traction control systems. The most common problem would be that one of your wheel speed sensors are not working properly. The only way to find out for sure is to access the computer system data and find out why it has been turning the lights on. (There will be fault codes stored in memory)
