Check the plastic stripping around outside windscreen mould it peels off and vibrates in the wind.

Sounds like a speedometer cable. That would be the only moving part under that part of the dash

It's a little motor that i believe opens and shuts a damper to do with the climate control, a quick fix is just adjusting the cabin temp up a few notches.

I have a 98 Lincoln Continental . I posted a question on the squeaking / rubbing noise coming from the left front wheel when the wheel is turning slowly. It makes this noise also when the car is in pa

if the noise is still there when the vehicle is stationary ( in park) then the problem is not in the suspension ,steering or wheels. I would be looking at the crank shaft pulley, idler bearings, water pump,ac bearings and belts as these items are still in motion.

My heater in a 1998 chevy silverado z71 was making a squeaking noise then quit blowing.I was trying to find out how to replace blower

the blower motor is on the passenger side under the dash, behind the glove box. they are a little tough to get in and out, so take your time and don't force it to much

Problem with annoying clicking noise

I dont know if it works the same, but I drive a 2006 Mitsu Lancer Ralliart. When you push the recirc air button, a little motor closes a little gate that blocks outside air and pulls the air from the interior instead. The blower motor is located behind the glovebox. It is secured by a couple screws.
I guess its possible that a foreign object such as a leaf or something is touching the blower motor and causing the noise.
