One reservoir in the engine well provides fluid for front and back. You problem is likely that a hose has come off for the back it is located at a connector in the area of the rear right seat, behind the plastic fascia.
the washer fluid could be empty / the fuse for the wiper blew / the relay went bad /if you tried to use the wipers without clearing ice away you blew the fuse/ if you just put water in instead of washer fluid it's frozen/ if the wiper works and there is windshield fluid in the tank and not water and all fuses are good the pump motor for the fluid went and is easy to change
Remove cover from rear wiper arm (it is covering the wiper arm nut) gently ease off the plastic moulding in the middle of the nut try squirters if water is coming out unblock the water jet holes in the plastic moulding
Hi This can happen due to 2 reasons 1.There is a block in the inlet pipe located inside the water reservoir. In this case disconnect the wires and the tubing and give it a good wash with a hose. Check the pipes by blowing hard. If water/air is coming out the nozzle then the tubs are fine. 2.If the motor pump is not working or is under performing the same problem occurs. In this case you have to replace the motor. Regards.
The pipe that caries the water come off the connector under the wheel arch, you have to take the wheel off on the side of the water reservoir and the protective lining. Apply a bit of super glue to it, it's not very difficult to do.
find the hose that goes to the rear, fill a syringe with water and try to see if water comes out, then check the rear windsheild nozzle to make sure it's not clogged, get back to me if you need more help Thanks Ray
Underneath the water-tank a motor with water pump is fitted. Inside the pump there is free slideable metal cylinder, responsible for front and rear screens water supply. If some dirt is in water then it chokes this cylinder and as a result no water will be delivered although motor is running. I've cleaned the pump of my own car's screen washer and now its working. you need some time to invest in. Otherwise buy a new motor (costs around 20-30 quids from car parts shops).
On the newer models they had a modification they pop of in winter if the water freezes if you top up with water. You need to lift the boot pop the plastic inspection panel of and connect the pipe and clamp it with a clip if the water has been dripping you may need a new boot release .
