SOURCE: removing a radio from 1993 ford 150

If it is like my '95 and '96 then you will need the DIN removal tool.
Should have 2 small square holes on either side. If it is an after-market device you would need the instructions for the device.

SOURCE: How do you replace the parking light bulb (front left) on 1993 Ford F-150.

There are two screws and two nuts that hold the lighting unit in place. The screws are at the top. The two nuts are 11mm and located at each bottom corner. You can see the nuts from underneath the truck, but they are accessed from the top.

SOURCE: 1993 ford econoline 150 has misfire and black

there are two or three things that can cause black smoke on a six cylinder van.a bad fuel pressure regulator is is located on the fuel rail. it is silver and has red vacuum line attached to it. remove the hose and see if fuel comes out of the regulator, if so replace the regulator. next a bad map sensor can cause black smoke. it is located under the hood.bolted to the firewall. its a black square plastic object with a wire connector attached to it, also it may have a vacuum hose attached to it. if it has a hose see if the hose is broken. otherwise just unplug the map sensor see if it changes the idle. if it does than chances are the sensor is good. you could have a bad injector also. disconnect spark plug wires one at a time. if one of them does not change than that injector maybe bad. thats all i can help with. good luck.

Location of igniton module for a 83 150 econoline 5.8

Depending on your vehicle, it could be mounted on one of the fenders under the hood if it's the old two connector box type. If it is the TFI module type, these are located on the distributor, mounted with two screws. Taking the engine cover (or doghouse) off in the passenger compartment will help you see much better.
