Not starting. Getting fuel/spark, and compression is good in all cylinders.

I don't think there is any sensor, you might need to check all the plug wires one of the wires might have come loose if they all are good then check to make sure that your getting fuel to the motor even if your fuel pump is working you might have a blockage in the fuel line, double check the timing to make sure that its right because if its off just a hair it will cause the car not to start. once you have done that if it still wont start hit me up and we will go from there ill check to see what else we should do to get your car up and going!!!!!

My grandson has a 93 chey Z71 pickup truch which isn't getting any gas, can you suggest what might be wrong with it?

i would check the fuel line see if it has a clog. also check the fuel pump/filter. it may need replaced. the carborator may also need to be cleaned/rebuilt.

Hello I just bought a 92 accord Lx 5 speed. first i found out my fuel gauge gives me wrong reading it says is 1/4 full when is empty. my second problem is when I'm around 1/4 tank full the car shuts off...

I dont know why car shuts off when the tank is 1/4 full. Try replacing fuel filter first then maybe fuel pump. I think you probably have a stuck fuel sending unit. Here is a video of the location of the fuel sending unit.

My 98 windstar hesitates when i go over 40 mph it almost comes to a stop than goes again like a jerking motion had it in the shop an they couldnt find anything wrong cause it doesnt do it all the tim

Do a flow test. Disconnect fuel line from filter to carb, point line at empty container and briefly run the engine. The pump should produce at least a cupful of fuel in a few seconds.

My 2500 chey silverodo starts hardfor the first 10

Hi, if it's a diesel engine, they all have to sit for some seconds because of the glow plugs. Some diesel don't send power to the starter until the glow plugs run for the pre-determined amount of time. There are many things that could be causing this. Fuel filter, clogged injectors, fuel pump going bad or bad connection to fuel pump. Try checking out for this things..
Take care

Gas filter location on a 2005 chev. 2500hd pick up it is not along frame rail like on 98-2001 models

As of 2004, fuel filters are in the fuel tank as part of the fuel pump. They have a life expectancy of around 150,000 miles as to that is when the fuel pump starts to fail. You can get more life out of the fuel pump if you keep the gas tank over 1/4 at a time, the more the better since it's the gas that keeps the fuel pump cooled. The fuel pump has a double filter system, there is a filter screen on the pump unit housing about 3/4 up so all the larger dirty stays at the bottom of the gas tank, and then another finer screen on the pump pick up tube it self in the housing. With the double filter system, it has a much longer life and will out last the pump it self. Good luck and hope this helps and best thing you can do as mentioned is keep gas above 1/4 and add fuel injector cleaner once a month to your gs tank or every time your service the truck. My 1999 GMC Suburban won't start

It can be fuel pump, the only true way to know is to do a fuel pressure test, but if its been a year sense you last chg. the fuel filter its time to chg. it again.
