Question about 1997 Suzuki Esteem
Im trying to remove the plastic headlight cover on my 97' Suzuki Esteem. I need to clean the inside, as the outside has been cleaned several times and its still a bit foggy on the inside.
The headlight cover is not really a cover...it is the assembly which needs to be removed completely from the car to access the bulb hole that is the only access to the interior surfaces of the assembly. Lots of screws and awkward positions to get it out. Best bet, leave it alone or pull the bulb socket and use very long q-tips to clean out moisture!

SOURCE: How do I remove the
I have a suzuki esteem 2000 and to remove the inside of the door panel you must first locate the window roll down lever and when you push back on the panel it opeans up a gap between the lever and the panel and if you look there is an axile that connects to the lever and in the lever there is a set of groovs and if you look at the groves there is a snap on ring, you must first push that ring off of the axile which will let you to freelly pull the lever off and then you can locate the screws that also hold the panel on my suzuki I have one on the handle which is covered by a plastic cap and there is also another palstic cap a little lower. After you have freed the screws the rest are just snap on clips you can just pull the panel off.
well hope it was helpfull.

No other way to get the headlight housing out other than to remove the grille not the fender. Remove the clips that secure the top of the radiator grille. There are 5 screws on the bottom portion of the grille that have to be removed before you can remove the grille. There are 3 screws and something called a guide pin on the headlight housing. Detach the electrical connector from the bracket by squeezing the lock tip with a pair of pliers. Remove the bulbs and have fun cleaning the headlight lens.

SOURCE: broken passenger door handle
Same problem. I have a 2000 Suzuki Esteem GL. A year ago the driver's door handle broke. Heard a sound and then it was loose. Could not open it from outside. Had to open front passenger door, open the driver's door from inside and then go out again to enter from the driver's door. FRUSTRATING. My mechanic had to take the door apart to fix it. Just a week ago, my front passenger door died on me. Can't open it from outside nor inside. The door won't open. This is such a stupid problem that costs lots to repair. Never will buy a Suzuki again. Had too many problems with it (had to fix gas tank, doors that won't open, front axle...).

No, the only way to get the engine codes out of this car is to get the codes scaned. Auto zone offers free engine code scans. Hope this helped =)
