Turn signal is not blinking

Son has a 1997 Buick LeSabre and the turn signals will not work. We've changed the fuses and the bulbs. What could the problem be?

I have the same problem. My turn signals are inop. I have my 4 ways and they work, just not the turn signals. Went to Advanced Auto and was told there was no relay. That i needed to replace the switch on the column. Can anyone confirm this (i dont think they knew much what they were talkin bout)

There is a Turn Signal "Flasher" that should be on the Fuse Panel inside the Car. If not it will be in the Fuse Relay Box under the Hood. This is the Problem and needs to be Replaced. Let me know if you need more Help! Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help I can get! Thanks!

Turn signals and 4-way flashers do not work - 1997 Buick Century

Time to change the flasher unit, it's usually close to the drivers side of vehicle and behind a fuse box access panel and will have something like "12v 23/98W " on it. It's a largish cube shaped componant and may be water damaged !

I had the same problem. When I would remove the rear turn signal bulb from the housing it might work for a while, then stay on without blinking. Drove myself nuts trying to troubleshoot. Finally, the simple solution was changing the bulb.Apparently, the filament had a small breach and would work sometimes, but not all the time
