No, It is not Meant to go Faster. This is caused by a Clogged Thermostat. Get this changed and it should be fine. Let me know if you need any more Help! Please Rate my Response, I need all the Help I can Get! Thanks!

2003 Ria rio rough idle when air con is on, idles fine if aircon is off. What could cause this?

When your A/C is on it puts an additional load on the engine. The throttle positioning solenoid pushes on the throttle linkage and increases the idle when A/C is on. Some are electric some vacuum You need to check and make sure its not stuck, plunger should get a shot of WD40 and move with finger to work in.
Make sure the connection is good Vac or Elect WD linkage also

Hope this helps Mike

Anytime the A/C is on, one or both radiator fans will be automatically turned on, and run as long as A/C is used.
Check a wiring diagram, you might be able to troubleshoot it. Relay terminals are a good place to check for power or loss thereof.

My mazda 6 v6 2004 smell oil when starting ventilation

The smell is typical of older Mazda aircon.
Purchase an aircon cleaning spray which is discharged into the aircon system by selecting recirc , cloing the windows for 5 minutes . This cleanses the system which is probably contaminated with bacteria.
Recharging your air con will help as well. The smell is due to evaporate condensed water mixed with sludge and bacteria .

Temp gauge is rising at 3/4 of the way even while traveling down the interstate, once a/c was turned off it started to go back down but would still go up if sitting still running, what would cause this?

change the antifreeze and flush your system, its been hot lately so the motor heat goes up too, having the AC on makes the motor work harder, so thats normal that the temp would rise when its on. traveling on the road allows air to help cool the motor, sitting in traffic slows the air, so there again heat will increase

My bakkie seems to over heat on hot days with the aircon on but when i switch aircon off she cools down. I have flusehd the radiator and the thermostat is working. It don't happen all the time only...

Check to see if you have an air conditioner fan which is usually fitted on the outer (grill) side of the radiator, make sure that works when you switch the air conditioner on when the temperature goes up.

Jaguar xk8 air con light flashes then turns off but air con is on

this is most often caused by a slightly low charge of refridgerent, as the engine heats the system the gas expands and the light goes out.
