2007 Volvo s80 2.4d automatic has messages and warning lights on the dashboard, messages are as follows:- on call service required, maintenance overdue, the warning lights are as follows:- ABS fault and stability system. Is there an easy fix for these problems or am I going to have to pay a dealership a fortune to sort?

Look in your owners manual. It will tell you the correct procedure for reseting the light. Doesn't anybody read these anymore?

All are tied into the ABS system, traction as well as stabilization, This needs to be looked at by someone who can hook up a diagnostic tester to read the fault codes stored in the ABS system then perform the correct diagnostic procedures to isolate the problem

Whenever this warning or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module has detected a fault, it then disables the system as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)
